研究者、科研機構、和科研成果都能利用獨特永久識別符（PID）及其背後豐富詳盡的元數據，實現可查詢、可獲取、可互操作、可複用的FAIR科研數據原則。此次Crossref, DataCite, ORCID和通用科技資源標識符CSTR合辦的線上宣講會，將著重討論機構存儲庫利用國際國內開放標識符基礎設施，幫助研究者分享、引用不同類型研究成果，產生影響力。
